These terms are final except for the draw date, which is set around the BLDESY! public launch and will be published on this page before the draw is conducted. Bunnings is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this promotion.
The promoter is BLDESY PTY LTD (ABN 11 698 416 705, ACN 698 416 705) of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”).
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales aged 18 years or over. Joining the BLDESY! waitlist is open to anyone; this clause limits who is eligible for the draw. Employees and immediate family of the Promoter are not eligible. Each person may hold one base entry (duplicate waitlist signups from the same person count once) plus any bonus entries earned under clause 3 — bonus entries are additional chances for the same person, not additional base entries.
(a) Base entry. To enter, join the BLDESY! homeowner waitlist at bldesy.com.au/waitlist and answer the entry question shown after joining, during the promotion period. Joining the waitlist is free, and joining without answering the entry question does not enter you in the draw. No purchase is necessary.
(b) Bonus entries — referrals. Waitlist members receive a personal referral code. Each time a new person joins the waitlist using that code, the code’s owner earns one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of five (5) bonus entries per person. A bonus entry only counts where the referred person is a genuinely new, valid waitlist member (not a duplicate of an existing member, and not the code owner joining again under different contact details). Bonus entries require the owner to hold a base entry at the time of the draw. The five-entry cap is a lifetime cap per person across the promotion, not per draw.
One (1) winner will receive a Bunnings Warehouse gift card to the value of AUD $250. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Gift card use is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.
The draw date will be confirmed and published on this page before the draw is conducted (expected around the BLDESY! public launch). The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries, where each person’s chance is weighted by their total entries (base entry plus any bonus entries under clause 3).
The winner will be contacted using the email address or mobile number provided at entry within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the period required by applicable law, an unclaimed-prize redraw may be conducted in accordance with that law. An entrant who is not a resident of New South Wales at the time of the draw is not eligible and will be excluded before the draw is conducted.
Entry details are collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Contact details provided at entry are used to administer the draw and to provide the waitlist service you signed up for; they are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify entries that are automated, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.
